As some of you are our old patients – we would like to welcome you to try our new E-consultation service for remote patients like yourself. At present it is a free service as we are testing its scope. So some of our remote patients can benefit by getting a direct consultation from our expert panel of practicing doctors.

The way to do this is as follows :

1. Visit : http://www.asthmaallergyclinic.com/TM

2. Register yourself as a new patient with a userID and password -
(top right corner of the page)

3. A verification email will be sent to you. So make sure you check
your email Inbox or SPAM folder for it. And click on the link in the
verification email.

4. Now you can login with your userID and password and “submit a new ticket“.

5. Please do make sure that you specify your exact problem in the
ticket – esp previous consultation and history, current medication
etc. Ideally try and upload some supporting document (like a report)
with your ticket.

6. Click on submit and once this is done – our doctors would get back
to you in a time of 3-4 working days.
